Rhythm – Short Turns – Body Separation

Method

Put your poles together and hold them in one hand. Practice passing them from one hand to the other in front and behind you so they are traveling around your body. This can then be applied while performing short turns. The poles should be passed so that you swap hands at the peak of each turn.
